Rory McIlroy and wife Erica Stoll welcomed a baby girl into the world on Monday, August 31st. The couple announced the birth of their daughter, Poppy Kennedy McIlroy, on social media early Thursday morning.

McIlroy and Stoll met in 2012 at the Ryder Cup, where Stoll was working as a PGA employee. The pair managed to keep their pregnancy a secret until nearly the end.

This is the first child for McIlroy and Stoll. They met in 2012 and got married in 2017. Congratulations to the happy couple!
